2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain Our Service: We use your name and email to create and manage your account and to provide you with access to our platform.
  • To Enhance Your Workflow: We use the guest information you provide to enable the streamlined filling of forms on supplier websites, as per your instruction.
  • To Improve User Experience: The password storage feature is provided to make your workflow more efficient and to ease your login process to other sites.

Our 3rd party hosting provider is OVHCloud, which stores all collected data (including names, emails, and encrypted sensitive data) on our behalf and processes it only according to our instructions.   • With Your Consent: We will share guest information with supplier websites only when you, the travel agent, initiate the process of filling out a form on their site.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, or government request.

  • Guest Information: You are in full control of the guest information you store. You can add, edit, and delete this information at your discretion.
  • Password Storage: You have the choice to use or not use the password storage feature. You can add, edit, and delete stored passwords as needed.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your Personal Information (Name and Email) and securely stored Guest and Password Information only for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, or if your account becomes inactive and is terminated by us, all associated personal, guest, and password information will be permanently deleted from our active and backup systems within 30 days.
